Consulting assists clients with security team creation, implementation, and development; as well as workplace violence prevention, intervention and response; and threat assessments and mitigation. Founder Jeffrey B. Owens is the primary consultant. A veteren of more than 40 years of law enforcement and private security experience, and a member of the prestigious Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, Mr. Owens is a recognized expert in workplace violence, threat assessments, and security. Other equally qualified experts in their field are brought in as appropriate to meet client needs.
Transcend Inc. Private Detective Agency provides services under license from the State of Hawaii (PDA-793). As a full-service bonded and insured Private Detective Agency we provide service to attorneys, businesses, government agencies, adjusters, and private persons. Investigations may be conducted in cases of civil litigation, criminal investigation, criminal defense, allegations of employee misconduct, civil rights violations, background and due dilligence, insurance fraud and contracted SIU investigations; as well as locating persons, conducting interviews and service of process and other documents.
Transcend Inc. Guard Agency is a State of Hawaii licensed Guard Agency (GDA-795), with experience ranging from Executive Protection assignments to large scale event deployments. We have unique expertise in the area of Threat Assessment and Response. Our competencies include close personal protection service and safe transport of adults and juveniles.
